What are the payment methods available?
We accept a variety of debit and credit cards to make your shopping experience as seamless as possible! From Visa, Mastercard, Paypal, American Express, Apple Pay, JCB, Discover, and Diners Club.- we've got you covered.
When will I receive my order?
Our team works diligently to get your order out the door! You can expect 1-6 business days of processing before we drop it in the mailbox. Shipping times may vary, with US customers needing up to two weeks and international friends requiring a up to two months to receive their slime.
Can I cancel my order?
Due to the manufacturing and production of slime, we do not allow any cancellations. All sales are final. Please be sure of your purchase before placing your order.
If you have any urgent matter and need to request a cancellation, please email info@scoopyslimes.com and we will investigate if your order is eligible for store credit or a return, as each scenario varies.
The return process must be initiated by the recipient with proof of shipping label. Orders that are initiated for returns must be unopened and untouched.
Please ensure that you reach out to us within 5 days of receiving your order to initiate a return. After the 5-day window, we cannot offer a solution for your order.
How do I track my order?
A shipping confirmation containing your tracking number(s) will be sent to the email or phone number you have provided once your order has been accepted for processing.
Note: Please allow 1-6 days for the tracking number of your order to be updated as processing time is needed before your order is handed off to Fedex.
Once your package has shipped and scanned to your country, you may be able to track the package more efficiently using your local post office websites.

Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship internationally outside of the U.S. to most countries. Delivery timeframes and shipping costs are calculated at checkout before payment. Please be aware that international shipments take longer than domestic shipments.
Customers are 100% responsible for any additional fees imposed by their respective countries during or after shipping (customs, duties, taxes, etc.). Please be sure to check with your local post office to find out the fees before placing an order.
How much will it cost to ship my order?
Shipping costs depend on how much you order, where you live, and which shipping method you choose. You will see the shipping costs calculated on our checkout page before you make your purchase.

How Long Does Shipping Take?
Don't you worry! We know that you are too impatient to wait forever for you slime to arrive. We would be too :) This is why your order will ship the same or next business day (unless you provided an incomplete address, and we need to check in with you first).
Our general rules are:
♥ If you place your order before 7:30am PST, it'll ship the same day.
♥ If you place your order after 7:30am PST, it'll ship the next morning.
